Dr Katie Lansdell

Director

Katie is a senior, experienced consultant and director specialising in public sector transformation who has worked for clients across central local government, health and the private sector, including as a manager senior manager at Deloitte, PwC and EY.

Much of Katie’s work over the last two decades has focused on social care and health, especially the integration of the two.  Her broad skills base is centred on a combination of strong people and analytical skills: including stakeholder management, co-design, programme and project management and the use of digital technologies to enhance the quality and outcomes of care.

Katie has led major projects including the development of Integrated Care Systems, Place Based Partnerships, and work with primary, community, acute, mental health and Adults’ and Children’s Services.  This has included business case development for multi-million pound investment cases, re-designing operating models to respond to changing population needs and fiscal environments, and managing the process of change including programme and project management, communications and engagement, and post-implementation review.

Katie brings extensive experience of working with a wide range of clinical and professional stakeholders, from board level to frontline staff, patients and service users. She has designed and delivered whole-system engagement programmes including with commissioners, providers, community and voluntary sector organisations and the public.  This has included leading our work with Greater Manchester Health & Social Care Partnership and within Surrey Heartlands, as well as with leading acute Trusts.

Katie holds a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from UCL, an MRes in Bioprocessing from UCL and a BSc (Hons) in Biology from The University of Exeter, and is a recipient of the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) Award from the Chartered Management Institute.
