Adam is a Senior Consultant with a specific focus on developing high-class analytics and insight to support the transformation of public services.

At PPL, Adam has led and supported a range of projects across the NHS and local government.  This has included research deep-dives, design and facilitation of co-design workshops with professionals and patients, project and programme management, and developing business cases for national, regional, and local clients.

Adam led the Surrey Downs Integrated Workforce Development program which aimed to introduce joint planning and delivery of training, education, and supervision across primary and community care. The project team co-designed a place-based vision for workforce development, developed a menu of interventions, and provided clients with implementation support. Adam has also led complex modelling projects for services and systems, including an innovative quantification of the impact of ethnic and socioeconomic inequalities on the financial position of an Integrated Care System, as the basis for reducing inequalities in local communities and providing a generalised model of change for other ICSs.

Alongside his project work, Adam is passionate about applying his skills to supporting third sector organisations.  He supported the development of the British Heart Foundation’s approach to social prescribing and has worked with leaders of smaller community-based organisations such as the Merstham Community Facility Trust through the Cranfield Trust.

Adam holds a Double First in History and Economics from New College, Oxford where he specialised in public economics with a focus on public health policy and the potential applications of modern microeconomic theory.
