Holly is a Senior Consultant and a skilled Organisational Development (OD) practitioner with experience in culture change, team development, communications and community engagement. She has applied this experience to large-scale change projects across a range of health, care and third sector organisations.
Holly has supported place-based partnerships across London with the development of organisational cultures, identities and ways of working that resonate, promote joint working, and reflect the unique narratives of these organisations. Holly is experienced in designing and facilitating workshops that bring people – from leaders, to frontline staff and communities – together to create safe spaces for ambitious thinking around partnership development, transformation and integration. She has developed and delivered communications and engagement plans that foster dialogue between leaders, staff and communities and has also co-designed new approaches to community engagement and co-production.
Holly enjoys bringing her OD skills together with other disciplines, including project management, analysis and evaluation, to create sustainable change in public services.
Prior to joining PPL, Holly developed strategies and project managed the delivery of complex business development opportunities across a range of sectors including life sciences, healthcare and the UK public sector. Holly is passionate about the power the arts have in creating change, and between 2017 and 2022, co-founded and directed a theatre company focused on platforming the work and voices of new and upcoming performance artists.
Holly holds a First-Class BA in English from the University of Nottingham.
